Architectural Design and Manufacturing
For all custom joinery requirements we offer a design supply and fit service. We are able to work with your architect or provide you with our own in-house architect and engineer.
Waterproofing
At aluminium repairs limited we also offer a full waterproofing service. We are registered applicators of TPO/Butynol, Undertile, Torch-on and Superflex. Contact us for a quote.
Quality and Standards
As a WANZ (Window Association of New Zealand) registered member we follow our associations guidelines. In house quality control and experience in leaks mean that we meet and always exceed E1, E2 and B1 of the New Zealand Building Code at all times.
Leaky Home Specialists
With our LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) certified staff trained in waterproofing, roofing, flooring, aluminium joinery fabrication and maintenance, welding and flashing design we are able to offer compliant remedial works for your leaky home. With quantifiable invasive and un-invasive instruments and thermal imaging we can provide consultancy. Our staff members are highly trained in the specialized field of fixing leaky buildings and the associated substrates and elements that make up a dwelling.
